Cloud Kicker does not currently accept returns on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc. In the event of an error on our end, we will also reimburse you the full shipping costs for the item. You should expect to receive your refund within a week from the day we receive your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
